Cardiovascular and Resistance Programs - see schedule

Ab Attack: Quick 15 minute Abs workout is the perfect end to Zumba class or just jump in for the Abs portion.

Abs & Above: This 30 minute abs class will focus on everything from your core to the top. Some upper body exercises.

Body Balance: Class designed to challenge your fitness levels & cardio endurance through a variety of sports drills.

Burn & Firm: The best cardio options including step, hilo, & kickboxing meet the best of SUPER SCULPT.

Fit 4 All: Workout appropriate for seniors, pre-natal, or people wanting a lighter workout. (Community Health)

Friday Potluck: Variety is the spice of life. Group Power, Kickboxing, & Zumba. See schedule.

Group Power: Your Hour of Power. The barbell training class for everybody....men and women alike! Great Fun!

Kickboxing: Build speed, control, and power while getting a great cardiovascular workout. A member favorite!

Lite & Lively: Cardio, strengthening, & flexibility for beginners. (Community Ed.)(Formerly Better Bones)

Senior Cardio: Non-judgmental, fun cardio class designed at a lower intensity perfect for active older adults.

Spin & Core: Spinning just got even better. 5:30-6:15pm Spinning adventure and 6:15-6:30pm Abs Blast!

Spinning: Visual Imagery will guide you through this challenging indoor cycling program. All levels are welcome!

SpinJam: A fun-filled indoor cycling adventure. This musical class will rock you. Best for intermediate to advanced.

Sports Blast: Early morning wake up is an advanced challenge using some sports drills, but all participants are welcome.

Step Crazy: Everything from traditional step to double vertical step, this class is pure cardio and pure fun.

Step Interval: Maximize your fitness results with step and weights in short bouts. New moves for a new you!

Step Sensation: Classic cardio step program with sensational choreography to keep it fun. Best for intermediate to adv.

Strength & Conditioning: Early morning class focusing on strength training and a great overall full body workout.

Stretch & Balance: Enhance your balance and flexibility. Designed for older adults.

Strong & Functional: Develop muscular balance and strength through the body's powerhouse...the “core”.

Super Sculpt: This class is all about resistance! Barbells, tubing, hand weights, stability balls, and more!

Tredd & Sculpt: Not just for runners! This turns your ordinary workout into something extraordinary. All levels welcome.

Turbokick: Kickboxing and more! Kick, punch, and groove your way to a better body!

Women on Weights: Resistance training designed especially for women. Train Efficiently and Effectively!

Zumba™: Dance your way to a fitter you with a latin-dance inspired cardio workout that is fun for everyone!

 

Mind / Body Programs
Mid Day Yoga: Saturday mornings can be hectic. Take time Saturday afternoon for a little relaxation.

Nia: Expressive movement practice to achieve mental, physical and emotional well-being. (Community Health)

Pilates Mat: Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination concentrating on the body’s “core”.

PiYo: Pilates and Yoga fuses together to bring you the very best elements of both of these classes.

Power Pilates: Designed for the intermediate to advanced levels of Mat Pilates practice.

Power Yoga: Yoga using power moves designed for the intermediate to advanced participant.

Prenatal Yoga: Yoga class designed for the special needs of pregnancy. (Community Health)

Stretch & Renew: Invigorating combination of stretching and gentle exercises set to music.

TGIF Yoga: Relax...There's no better way to end the hectic work week than Friday afternoon Yoga.

Yoga: Combine postures and deep breathing techniques with relaxation for a true experience.

YogaFlow: Intermediate / Advanced Yoga class that concentrates on flowing movements.

Yoga Foundation: Focus on details and alignment. Beginning to intermediate level class.

Yoga Fusion: Creative blend of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Core Strength and toning with bands.

(Community Health): Non-member participants taking these classes must register through Community Health. A fee may be associated for non-members participating in these programs.
