Our goal is to provide an educated approach to the fitness, health and well being of the communities we serve. Our 60,000 sq. foot, state-of-the-art center offers the latest in fitness equipment, cardiovascular and strength training and group exercise classes. But it is the medically-integrated component of our center that truly sets us apart.
