Personal Training

Our personal trainers can create a cutting-edge program designed to get the results you want. Personal training is an effective way to take your exercise routine to the next level while providing the motivation, encouragement and accountability you need to get you there!
All HWC trainers are certified through either the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Personal training is available to members and non-members. All personal training is conducted through appointments that you arrange with your trainer to fit your schedule.

Education: Aurora University B.S. Sports Medicine
Specializations: Working with all age groups on producing a workout that is challenging and one that helps improve strength, flexibility and everyday body movements. I also work with post surgery patients on rehabilitation strengthening and range of motion. Another aspect of my specialty includes working with kids to improve their speed, agility and body strength thru specialty programs.
Hobbies: spending time with my family, being outdoors, and watching the Cubs and Bears

Specializations: I have worked with diverse populations from athletes training for a national championship weightlifting competition to elderly clients gaining strength for everyday activities. I have also worked with post rehab patients and law enforcement officers, designing programs for their specific exercise needs. I design my programs for clients that will not only focus on their fitness goals, but more importantly focus on corrective exercises due to any muscular/skeletal imbalances he or she may have.
Hobbies: Outdoor sports, hunting, fishing, competetive bodybuilding and powerlifting.
